Directions and Parking

The Tivoli Theatre is located in the heart of downtown Downers Grove, one block east of Main Street, just north of the Burlington tracks at the corner of Highland and Warren Avenues. The building occupies nearly one city block and consists of the movie theatre, a bowling center and game room, a residential hotel, stores and offices.

Directions from the North: I-355 S to I-88 E. Take the Highland Ave exit and turn right onto Highland Ave. Continue on as Highland turns into Main St. Turn left onto Warren Ave and left again onto Highland Ave. The Tivoli Theatre will be on the right.

Directions from the South: I-355 N. Turn right onto W 75th St. Turn left onto Lemont Rd. Continue straight onto Main St and Turn right onto Warren Ave. Turn left onto Highland Ave. The Tivoli Theatre will be on the right.  

Directions from the East: I-290 W toward Exit 28B. Continue onto I-88 W (signs for S Tollway/Aurora/I-294/W Tollway/Indiana) to the Highland Ave exit. Turn left onto Highland Ave Continue on Highland as it turns into Main St. Turn left onto Warren Ave and left again onto Highland Ave. The Tivoli Theatre will be on the right.

Directions from the West: I-88 Tollway E to I-355. Go S and turn left onto US-34 E/Ogden Ave.  Turn right onto Main St. Turn left onto Warren Ave. Turn left onto Highland Ave Tivoli Theatre will be on the right.

FREE parking for Downtown Shoppers and visitors is available in the following locations:

1. Behind the Tivoli Theatre on Rogers between Washington and Highland
   

2. On-street parking is allowed in front of most stores and on many streets Downtown in two, three, and four-hour increments, designated by posted signs.
   

3. Four-hour parking is available in the Forest Avenue lots.
   

4. Parking is allowed in commuter permit lots (A,B,C,D,F, and L) after 12:00 p.m. on weekdays and all day Saturdays, Sundays, and major holidays.
   

5. Four-hour parking is available on Levels 1 and 2 of the Parking Deck, 945 Curtiss Street.
   

6. Disabled parking is located on Level 1 of the Parking Deck in designated spaces.
